CurrentAs Manager of Employment Services, I lead teams in both Ottawa and Toronto to deliver high-quality, client-centered support while consistently achieving performance targets. I provide strategic leadership in case management, career exploration, job matching, and retention, ensuring each client receives a personalized plan that addresses their unique barriers and goals.My role includes overseeing the accuracy and compliance of client files, preparing funder reports, and monitoring service quality to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. I proactively manage team performance through regular touchpoints, weekly meetings, and annual reviews, while handling escalated issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies. I also manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new staff to optimize program delivery and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.I build strong partnerships with community organizations, representing CVE at partner meetings, and lead outreach strategies to ensure a steady flow of client intakes. I oversee financial management of client and employer expenditures, collaborating with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy. Ultimately, I ensure our services are efficient, effective, and tailored to meet both individual client needs and organizational objectives
