I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health with a focus on health promotion at the University of Houston. I have practical experience in laboratory research, clinical assistance, and public health advocacy. At the Kendal Hirschi Lab, I contributed to genetic research by performing key lab techniques such as PCR and data analysis. My role as a medical assistant involved supporting patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. My leadership roles with AMWA allowed me to create and direct the Period Project, addressing period poverty on campus.
