• Provide comprehensive, clinically-informed case management services to a caseload of court-mandated ATI participants (in English and Spanish) to help address issues such as substance use, mental health issues, trauma, domestic violence, housing and vocational needs, and other challenges in a participant’s life (e.g. new arrests, family court cases and other civil legal issues)• Make appropriate community-based referrals for a variety of social service needs• Manage and monitor compliance with service mandates, including care coordination with providers• Provide written updates for court stakeholders for all court-involved participants• Coordinate with court stakeholders on any non-compliance issues and assist clients in getting back into compliance, including re-engaging clients, arranging return on warrants, and implementing graduated responses to encourage future compliance• Assist with scheduling and rescheduling participants for intakes, assessments, and programming with community-based partnersRequest and review records, and otherwise assist with clinical assessments• Assist with data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in the electronic case management system, including entering case notes and assessment, case management, programming and case outcome data• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation, as needed• Provide voluntary referrals to community-based services, as needed• Provide clinical services as described above to program participants on a voluntary basis post-mandate

•Assist (English and Spanish-speaking) families in resolving the crises and problems that led to the youth's involvement with court and/or Suffolk County Department of Probation•Provide intensive, wrap around home-based case management to clients and families in crisis struggling with problems such as substance abuse and mental illness.•Make referrals to partnership agencies and outreach to new agencies when required. Follow-up with service providers to monitor families progress.•Assist parents and youth in learning anger management and conflict resolution skills.•Transport and escort clients from appointments or to obtain emergency resources such asclothing or medication as needed.•Participate in team meetings, case conferences and trainings.•Participate in monthly recreational events as well as weekly female adolescent support groups for the adolescents in the program when needed.

• Facilitate court watches 3 times a week with precision in order to collect data and ensure judges are implementing bail reform legislation• Participate in food & hygiene product distribution for those who live in a food desert on the Northside of Binghamton• Collect qualitative and quantitative data on inmates in Broome County in order to follow their cases to ensure justice• Canvass for and participate in divestment and reinvestment community forums in order to formulate community reallocation plans

• Implement volunteering events and creative fundraisers to finance the club’s events and benefit local populations• Write grant proposals and reports to fund the club’s finances• Oversee club budget of $4,000 per year and all finances including a $1,500 grant for club activities• Manage organization for traveling events including the planning and implementation of two annual week-long trips• Organize and facilitate club meetings and activities
