I was a part of two projects during my time at Coast of Maine. First, I was a part of the intake, data entry, and mailing out of consumer gift certificates as part of a new rebate program. Within this project, I used Excel to create a master sheet of consumer information and rebate form information. Adobe was used to create consumer rebate gift certificates. Secondly, I was a part of was a research project in which I collected information on potential customers in various regions of the United States. Excel was used to collect and consolidate this information into databases which will be given to members of the sales team

During my time at Wilbur’s of Maine, I learned important skills about managing a retail store, the general upkeep of a retail space, as well as how to interact with the public. Multitasking was an essential skill during the heavy tourist season.
