My job at Mansbach Health Tools, LLC., home of the BCAT, provides me with many opportunities to use my skill set as a Speech-Language Pathologist to integrate our tools and resources in a variety of settings that serve the older adult. I have extensive experience working with adults in the rehabilitation setting including SNF, LTACH, HH, SNF and Outpatient settings, with an expertise in working with individuals with Dementia. Additionally, I have leadership experience in serving as a Director of Rehab as well as a Regional Clinical Director leading PT, OT and ST staff members. My experience also extends to regulatory and compliance roles which I gained experience in coding and billing, interpreting rules and regulations from CMS, writing policies and procedures, writing denial letters and collaborating on projects to educate rehab staff members on all items related to regulatory and compliance. Prior to my role at Mansbach Health Tools, I served in a few corporate clinical roles.
