Operate cash register, open/close store, stock and organize inventory, assist customers with purchases, provide technical support. Received high praise for exceptional sales and earned raise which doubled hourly wage by end of summer.

After learning calligraphy and Cricut Design Space, created customized wooden crafts to sell. With the advent of the pandemic, began developing ornaments and, with the help of family, sewed and customized masks for individuals, schools, sports teams, hospital workers, government officials, & hundreds of Elves on the Shelf.  Researched & registered business name, secured URL, created social media marketing pages, and single-handedly developed business website and order-entry system used 300+ times by customers nationwide; generated $20K+ in sales. Interviewed by FOX 59 News on two occasions; featured on Community Health Network website. Donated $4K to local and national charities; distributed 2K masks to hospitals, families, United Way, auctions, teams & individuals across the US. Sent masks & ornaments to Dr. Fauci; received commendation from Surgeon General.
