We accompany our clients on personalized tours and facilitate after tour discussions. Ensuring all parties have the right expectations. Safety, quality of life and anticipated future needs are the priority. Our goal is to help seniors make informed, confident decisions about their next home. Show less

Responsibilities included hiring and training nursing assistants, scheduling nursing assistants, updating and reviewing Negotiated Service Agreements with residents and families, as well as coordinating resident care with outside health care professionals.

Responsible for overall marketing of Spiritwood. Maintained an inquiry database of prospects, fostered and developed relationships with potential residents and families, built referral base through networking with senior living industry contacts, coordinated community events, was able to bring occupancy to 97%.

Shared responsibility for the care of terminally ill grandparent suffering from cancer, arthritis, and pulmonary fibrosis. Learned to take and assess vital signs and anticipate needs. Assisted hospice staff with all aspects of daily care including: bathing, feeding, dressing, range of motion exercises, and elimination. Helped to ensure grandparent's last few months were as comfortable, dignified, and enriching as possible.

Washington Initiative for Supported Employment is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to expanding employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities.I helped Developmentally Disabled individuals apply for and maintain jobs at a variety of venues. This included on the job training, working with a wide range of conditions.
