Psychosocial Support Facilitator
CurrentResponsibility 1: Implementing psychosocial activities* Ensures the Protection activities in schools.* Conducts focus group discussion to assess needs* Participates in the identification and selection of cases children at risk (according to standard vulnerability TGH criteria's) and refers to TGH case workers in coordination with Education and Protection Officer,* Creates and implements new adapted and tailored recreational activities to improve the children's wellbeing* Ensures the awareness activities of the parents and communities on children's rights and children's wellbeing* Implements awareness sessions related to child protection, and recreational activities.Responsibility 2: Reporting, Communication and coordination* Report on the progress of the work-plan on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.* Participates in meetings regarding the activities of the project with the Line manager and provides updates.* Monitors and communicates on the evolution of the context and actors ; reports immediately each unusual incident, event* Evaluation of the program after its implementation, if required by the manager.Responsibility 3: Providing awareness sessions with the community based approach or in the schools* Monitors and contributes to the identification of the awareness needs.* Conducts awareness sessions to the communities focusing on child protection.Responsibility 4: Participating in the implementation of Education activities and distribution. * Participates the education activities in school if required by the manager.* Participates in the BTL campaign among the communities of areas of intervention if required by the manager.
