Basic Needs Assistant
Current- Participate in needs assessments identified by the team - Contribute to the effective and efficient implementation of activities, including the distribution of on-food items, cash assistance for rent, cash assistance for utilities, insulation and minor repairs to households/collective centers- In collaboration with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Unit, facilitate monitoring and reporting of activities to evaluate, promote and share ideas for improvement and necessary changes, in line with TGH's framework and standard operating procedures - Participate in community mobilization activities and aid distributions- Ensure that all requested information for completion of project documentation is properly and timely communicated to staff and manager
