Current• Maintain the record and related documentation of finish product with supervision of handling and dispatching materials.• To supervise the daily receiving of Material.• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures• Undertake store administration duties such as managing storeBudgets and updating financial records.• To supervise the daily issuance of Material.• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits Etc.• To supervise the daily demand / Purchase Requisitions for stock items and department requirements.• To make arrangements and plans for Stock Location.• To supervise and manage all System Reports of Store to supervise all affairs related to Local Suppliers.• To supervise receiving of all General items purchases for factory And to coordinate with Accounts Department regarding purchases.• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
