• Responsible for full recruiting life cycle including Job posting, candidate sourcing, phone pre-screening, interviews, salary/rate negotiations, reference checks and offers made to candidates.• Recruit on healthcare, business professionals, administrative, clerical, creative, and accounts positions using Job Diva database, and search engines.• Working Knowledge of Healthcare positions such as Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, RN, LVN/LPN etc. but not limited.• Utilized Career Builder, Indeed and Monster to search for skilled candidates.• Maintained a pipeline of potential candidates and build database of these candidate.• Sources, screens and retains qualified healthcare professionals to meet business needs.• Contacting the candidates through mail and phone, Screening and understanding the consultant abilities.• Formatting resumes in order to ensure that the client found them more appealing before submission.• Maintained all relationships with working consultants and non-working consultants to ensure a high level of retention.
