Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Reviewing IFC & Shop drawings as per the Contract drawings. Preparing the budget from the BOQ in order to achieve the targets. Preparing Payment applications on monthly basis & follow-up for the Payment certification & Payments with respect to contract terms accordingly. Tracking the payments with respect to different projects for managements review. Certifying the payment applications for the sub-contractors / Suppliers for their payments in accordance with their work done & PM’s confirmation. Attending the meetings regularly for the work progress & under certification (if any) with Clients QS & Client’s Cost consultants.• Projects Undertaken:1.
