• Managing and posting the day-to-day transactions in SAP.• Maintaining the records in SAP to be accurate and up to date.• Managing the AR cycle and following up with the customers.• Supporting in the AP cycle with the AP shared center team in India.• Managing the taxation cycle for VAT, WHT, ST, and CIT.• Handling ETA portal through adding codes and issuing the e-invoices.• Processing the bank transfers and preparing the bank reconciliation.• Managing LG, LC, and CAD with the bank.• Managing the payroll registration and payments.• Processing tax and governmental payments.• Processing cheques from the bank portal.• Managing debit note and credit note and record their transactions.• Managing the month-end and year-end closing process.• Support in preparing the monthly financial statements.• Reporting to the foreign direct manager in Dubai.• Handling the external auditor, tax consultant, and the bank.• Implementing SAP S/4Hana ERP system.
