Current• Experience in writing Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Issue Management Plan, Communication Plan, Organizational Change Management Plan, Procurement Plan, Deliverable Acceptance Plan, Schedule Management Plan, Spend Plan, Quality Management Plan, Stakeholder Management Plan. • Experience in developing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Develop Schedule and Control Schedule.• Experience in Project Cost Management, Quality Management, Perform Quality Assurance, Control Quality.• Solid understanding and experience in project Scope Baseline, Schedule Baseline and Cost Baseline.• Experience in managing project team, manage project work, communications management. • Manage project oversight with Florida Digital Services (FDS) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for several level 4 projects.• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).• Experience in implementing and administering cloud solutions at the enterprise-level in Azure and AWS, including Dev, Test, Prod, and DR, respectively.• Working with Florida Digital Services (FDS) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) to manage project oversight for CJDT project.• Working with Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) to implement legislative mandate and Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) data submission requirement.
