I joined McCain Foods as a project engineer and have been involved in managing the following projects to scope, within budget and on schedule:• Assisted install and start-up phase of $60M greenfield French Fry Project in Mehsana India• Led the development and execution of $500k Biogas Project in Ballarat Aus• Assisted the development and execution of $800k R&D Stir and Serve Project in Hastings NZ • Assisted the shutdown and relocation of vegetable processing/packing in Smithton Aus • Led the development of $2.8M waste water treatment restoration project in Ballarat Aus • Championed the rollout of unified project management methodology (UPMM) throughout the ANZ region which was a global engineering initiative • Occupational health and safety representative for Ballarat administration area

I completed work experience at Charles Darwin University with my major role being to model waste water effluent dispersion throughout Darwin harbor in various weather conditions.
