It is the responsibility of the Assitant Project Manager to help PM to plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. Assistant Project Manager communicates with colleagues, workers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects begin and end with the minimal error. • Generate and maintain project schedules.• Create two weeks look ahead schedule for client meetings.• Attend regular meetings with clients and landlords.• Attend regular internal project meetings.• Ensure proper permits are secured and posted.• Manage Project Superintendent and Project Administrator performance and deadlines.• Initiate change orders throughout a project. Bangalore Metro Project, India

- Metro rail project construction of Via Ducts, Site Experience includes Piling, Erection of columns, Auto launching of segments and parapet, various tests performed on segments, Quality Control and Risk management.- Office work includes Project planning, Scheduling and analysis of the risk management.- Maintain schedules; assure schedules support overall construction deadline.- Assist Project Manager with the planning document and changes made to it.
