Our offerings include IT managed services, IT staffing, custom application development, cloud computing services, and a variety of customized solutions tailored to your company's needsKnowledge of Full Life Cycle in IT staffing Sales/Recruiting for US Based Consultancy and direct Clients.• Recruiting the consultants on different kind of Visas (H1B/GC/US Citizen/OPT/EAD/TN).• Worked for Direct client and Corp. to Corp. requirements.• Responsible for fulfilling requirements of IT manpower for different software project across the USA through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and expanded Internet sourcing.• Developing own relationships with present/potential clients, creating applicants database, applicant interviews, reference checks, client/employee relations, employee pay rates, client billing rates.• Sourcing through techniques such as Internet access, networking third party vendors and also through different Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Net-temps and Computer jobs.Responsible for all aspects of IT Staffing, Recruiting and Account Management with major Direct Clients, Tier 1 vendors, Implementation partners.• Job involves working on High paying direct clients and placing own H1B / GC / OPT / EAD consultants.• Engaging the Bench resource (H1B) to ensure proper positioning for upcoming requirements and ensure better selection rate.• Negotiation of rates with the Clients & vendors. Ensuring smooth exchange of paper work, such as NCA, pre-interview agreement, contracts and purchase orders etc.• Manage recruitment and sales team - assign and monitor daily activities and ensure targets and productivity.• Well versed with H1B Transfer and got many consultants to work on company's payroll.
