Bensons is a small restaurant business based in a little seaside village. The size of the business means that it essential to create a welcoming and personal ambience to encourage customer return. As a waitress I was responsible for the service and satisfaction of diners. I had to adopt a welcoming and professional manner and promote the service of the restaurant by working efficiently as a team with the front of house staff and the chef.
