I am a customer care and inventory management specialist. For the last 3 years I have been working in different customer service and tech support roles (over chat, email and over the phone), which has been a extraordinary experience since I am passionate about helping people.On my current job as an Inventory Coordinator, I have gained experience on having control of a company’s inventory, keeping track of different reports and managing various inventory systems, and communicating to the different departments in the company about any issues or opportunities that can help them be more efficient. I have also gained experience managing a group and training them to meet the requirements for their roles.
