Teamwork has allowed me to work well with other people and be adaptable in order to deal effectively with the demands placed on the team. Customer awareness where I have developed an awareness of the ability to understand the needs of customers. Effective verbal Communication to avoid making mistakes that would irritate customers and to pay careful attention to customer's orders, asking for confirmation when unsure.I have demonstrated resilience through not letting unpleasant comments affect me made by drunk people or an unpleasant boss. As well as, not letting making a mistake affect my work for the rest of the evening.

I undertook a 6 month placement during my sandwich year where I worked within different departments of the housing association, from the development team to sustainability. In my time I assisted on many projects, such as working on a careers fair day fair, attending site visits and assisting on leaseholder tasks.
