I believe in helping everyone to find their authentic self and to live their best life. I worked for over 10 years in the corporate world in executive search and gained invaluable experience across industry sectors in sales, relationship management and leadership - I ended this chapter of my career as a Regional Director responsible for Singapore and Hong Kong divisions. To begin the second chapter of my career I went back to school and retrained as a coach and facilitator, putting theory, practice and certifications behind the skills I loved using for years in the corporate world.I now bring my corporate experience and knowledge of a wide range of industry sectors to my work as a coach, facilitator and Managing Director of BRIDGE here in Hong Kong. This enables me to be perceptive, empathetic but also challenging. I believe in creating momentum and progress and making things happen .... if you don't take the first next steps the changes will not happen and the goals will not become the reality.I am extremely passionate about the work I have the privilege to do for BRIDGE and The BRIDGE Institute in the corporate world and in the community.
