Andrea, an executive coach and consultant, has worked with leaders, teams, and organizations to help them identify and make the key changes that lead to more success and joy for over 16 years. Some of the challenges she has helped people with include: tackling difficult business challenges, increasing personal resourcefulness, having difficult conversations, influencing more effectively, identifying and activating purpose and thinking more innovatively. ​She approaches people, teams and challenges with a blend of curiosity, empathy, expertise and a sense of fun. She has a deep expertise in transformational coaching and facilitation, focused on mindset, as well as behaviors. ​In addition to Andrea’s expertise in consulting and coaching, she has held leadership positions within a large global consulting organization. In her most recent role as Head of Coaching North America, she was responsible for quality with internal and external consultants, was instrumental in influencing global peers, and was part of a Centre of Excellence on mindset and transformational work. Prior to moving into the leadership field, Andrea worked in Adult Education as a teacher, teacher-trainer and director of a school. ​Her career path has taken her to live and work in Canada, Japan, Colombia and the United States, and has built her expertise in coaching, communication, intercultural savvy, DEI, and a deep knowledge of how people learn, grown and change. ​Andrea holds a MA in Adult Education from the University of Toronto and has applied for her Masters Coaching designation from the International Coaching Federation. She loves to read, play, and spend time outside with family and friends.
