I'm a purpose-driven consultant and coach, with a track record of delivering impactful interventions in support of individual and organizational growth. Originally from the UK, I moved to the US in 2014. I now advise on, design and deliver powerful engagements for businesses, senior leaders and their teams. My work focuses on the shifts in mindset, behavior, and competencies required for individual and organizational transformation. As an executive coach, I support my clients as they address the challenges posed by the demands of the modern workplace. I partner with my clients in support of their development, listening deeply and helping them find the way forward for themselves. Clients say that I am “intelligent and intuitive”, “very open, understanding and empathetic”, and that I am “incredibly adept at getting to the true heart of an issue and offering wise insight and practical steps to work with”.I came to this work from a professional background that included 10 years as an employment law barrister in the UK, working initially at a leading set of chambers and then at a niche litigation firm. I also have experience as a director of a legal sector start-up, and in leading a non-profit focused on developing young leaders around the globe.I hold a Master’s degree from Harvard University in Human Development & Psychology (specializing in leadership and adult development). My research centers on how individuals and organizations can find and develop a sense of purpose in their work. I enjoy speaking and writing on this topic. I'm a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a former Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a former certified Integral Coach, and a former faculty member of the Professional Coaching Course run by New Ventures West.
