I work with our clients on the implementation and successful delivery of the marketing strategy, primarily focusing on the planning, application and evaluation phases.

Responsible for the development and successful implementation of a strategic marketing plan. Also overseeing; facilitation of consistent messaging, brand development, event coordination, identifying and tracking of KPI's, training and supporting other marketing roles.

Responsible for promoting and managing the HGEM brand through managing content and dialogue in all communication channels. Main responsibilities include; - Designing and implementing marketing plans- Overseeing the quality and coherence of branding- Creating content for and managing social media channels- Liaising with external agencies to coordinate PR activity- Creating and managing a calendar of marketing activities- Drafting and producing content for press releases- Organising the filming and publication of videos- Co-ordination of e-marketing campaigns-Internal communications - Setting goals and reviewing performance in web analytics and Search Engine Optimisation.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of reports presented to clients and maintaining and building relationships with assessors. Main responsibilities included; processing and validating reports, gathering further information to supplement reports where necessary, acting as a point of call for assessors and advising with regard to use of website, attending visits or report formats.
