Plan and execute events for our climbing community. Recent successful events have included a Red Cross Blood Drive in honor of a member who recently passed; the So iLL Showdown, a bouldering competition with over 100 competitors and 350 spectators from all over the US; a 10-year Anniversary Party for Climb So iLL that welcomed over 300 guests; and multiple vendor pop-ups from local businesses.

Design, seek funding for, and implement new equity-focused programs for Climb So iLL, with the goal of making rock climbing more accessible for a broader, more diverse audience. I also train staff in customer service/engagement and coordinate group bookings.
