The Beeper Depot was a re-seller of paging services. I was instrumental in the creation and management of the paging division which generated $2.4 million in annual revenue. Developed relationships with industry executives in order to expand product offerings. Responsible for recruiting, selecting and training a division staff of nine. Interacted with marketing to increase sales of annual service by 55 percent. Ensured 17 stores possessed a competitive advantage, through strategic pricing and product offering. Budgeted for divisional expense management. Increased operational efficiencies by streamlining existing billing process, which reduced annual overhead cost by $70,000. Initiated and managed acquisition of competitors division with a customer base exceeding 5,000, this increased our customer base to 16,000.
