Responsible for the development and design of the enterprise programme from the later pre-programme phase through to the delivery stage including all aspects of programme planning, monitoring and control. 2. Supported the Director of partnerships & programmes to conceptualise and design programme curriculum identifying key development areas for the young entrepreneurs and founders. 3. Responsible for conceptualizing the programme curriculum for different aspects of the programme as well as the different iterations working with the corporate sponsor. 4. Worked on a research that investigated drivers, barriers and underlying problems associated with influencing structural change in societal systems - specifically focussing on how system inertia in these societal systems can be destabilized through experimentation, approaches and technologies operating in the society -technology interface as well as the inter-dependencies, dynamics and mechanisms involved in such change trajectories. Key areas that my research focused on: 1. Historical and co-evolutionary dynamics and how these have shaped system entrenchment and regime stability in the current system configuration applying theoretical framing of socio-technical transitions, mode of governing and historical institutionalism. 2. Understanding the underlying mechanisms that have advanced system lock-in and the relationships between constraints, persistent problems and barriers to sustainability. 3. Investigating the innovation journeys of 6 sustainability experiments by analyzing the relationship between protection and directionality of experimentation. 4. Modelling of a typology of pathways and assessed these from a social and environmental perspective.

The Growth & Employment in States (GEMS) project was a World Bank funded enterprise development programme with various projects that was targeted at boosting enterprise growth, competitiveness and jobs through the business support interventions directed at pre-selected mSMEs and local businesses across 5 growth sectors of ICT, Hospitality, Entertainment, Wholesale &Retail, Construction & Real Estate, and Meat & Leather.1. Delivered over 100-hrs business support interventions to local businesses to trigger system improvement aimed at driving growth and profitability. 2. Tender, proposal and bid development: As part of a team of three, worked at putting together a qualifying bid from a thorough understanding of the EoI, TORs, ITT and ITB3. Completed the project inception reports and other supporting documents, deliverables and bid templates meeting all specifications. 4. Contributed to the development of a comprehensive needs assessment for each of the 15 pre-selected MSMEs based on identified key growth areas for each business and enterprise. 5. Designed (with project team) intervention programmes for the selected MSMEs across 5 key growth areas: operations management, sales and marketing, human resource, financial management & leadership & management6. Managed interventions and deliverables according to set timelines for each MSME and entire project.7. Monitored progress of change for each MSME against deliverables and evaluated performance in line with project plans for both the business owner and enterprise.
