Facilities Manager
Current- Maintain general building operations for a 60,000sqft building, 6 satellite offices and 400 employees
- Plan, schedule and execute renovations, expansions, modifications and staff moves including;o Develop floor plans and furniture layouts and work with vendors to ensure compliance with building codeso Organize timelines.
- Develop and maintain safety and security systems and plans including:o Create, implement and train employees on evacuation, shelter in place and medical emergency planso Track and update the card access system and.
- Procure vendors for repairs, regular maintenance and inspections in compliance with local and federal codes for environmental and life safety systems including HVAC, plumbing, electricity, fire alarms, sprinklers.
