CurrentLead continuous improvement, user training, support and drive system utilization to solve problems and improve supply chain performance across service, cash and cost.Develop and deliver analytics and insights in support of Global Supply Chain inventory and distribution strategies and decision-making processes.• Analyzes business fundamentals, financial performances, and relative benchmarking positions to recommend solutions to business problems. • Contributes to the design and development of analytics and/or models in support of key problem-solving initiatives, analyzing and translating findings into clear and compelling recommendations/solutions• Researches and synthesizes the fact base in projects by leveraging multiple internal and external data sources.• Helps build GSC capabilities by delivering reports with industry best practices, developments, etc, building knowledge repositories, driving innovation/creativity in our analytical toolkit, codifying lessons learned, processes, frameworks and best practices to be shared broadly across the global organization.• Researches and leverages industry standard analysis tools, methodologies, and capabilities using case studies, templates, and software.• Co-designs and delivers work-sessions partnering with business experts to analyze and solve problems across GSC, regions and businesses• Supports or co-leads brainstorming sessions, finds critical business information, and helps business leaders develop innovative approaches to their business• Develop strong project management and change management skills
