Concessionaire Analyzer+ (CA+) is a unique world first product that assists airports with better control and management of their non-aeronautical revenues, with the aim to boost the performance of this sector that is today vital for profitable airport operations. The business intelligence (BI) platform within CA+ allows airports to assess their performance vis-a-vis a multitude of airport KPI's, drastically improving their operations and performance management in the non-aviation sector.

As a Customer Service Manager, I manage a team of key people who assist users throughout their experience using any of our business software solutions and ensure that the needs of the customers are being satisfied. We aim to provide excellent customer service and build and maintain long term client relations. Working together with my team and other technical departments, I am responsible for the smooth planning, installation, implementation, training and ultimate user experience of our products that include solutions for accounting software, inventory, point of sale, payroll and HR, e-commerce, document management, business intelligence (BI) as well as industry specific solutions for airports, freight and travel amongst others.
