• Assisted in developing a Facebook App with Lararvel. The app allows PBHS clients to streamline syndicating content from their website, such as blog posts, to their Facebook pages.• Built a custom Rest API framework integrating https://github.com/eosnewmedia/JSON-API-Common and the Wordpress REST library for easily creating new json rest routes in Wordpress that automatically conform to many of the JSON:API specification standards.• Built a custom Wordpress Plugin which utilizes the https://github.com/mrclay/minify library to automatically bundle and minify shared javascript and css resources on a Wordpress Multisite Network supporting several thousand websites. The switch from the open source bundling plugin we were using to the one I built resulted in over a 50% reduction in the number of resource bundles being generated by our servers.• Developed and designed an extensible client admin UI and UX for managing website options, configuring template layouts, and editing content.• Executed the configuration and deployment of a segmented scalable WordPress Multisite database strategy. Managed the data migration from the original configuration to the new.• Worked closely with all company departments to create tools that assist in task automation to improve productivity.• Developed web data mining tools on Apify.com to pull review information from Google, Yelp, RateMDs, Rateabiz, Vitals and ZocDoc and an API bridge and job management system in Wordpress for queueing up and sending requests to Apify and listeners to accept responses from their web hooks.• Successful integration with numerous APIs such as Typekit, CloudFlare, MaxCDN, Google Maps and Wistia for feature automation.• Created numerous coding libraries, tools and patterns for assisting Wordpress Themers in quickly building out custom client designs.• Experience working with multilingual content, auto translation services and providing user control over moderating translations.
