System Administrator for the Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation Planning SaaS applications. Responsibilities include workflow maintenance, configuration, process improvement, system design, detailed data validation, application upgrades, and oversight of cyclical processes. Manage day-to-day support for all of these applications as well as the in-house components of Schwab’s self-service HCM system. Work closely with third party vendors and cross functional stakeholders in the Talent Management, Compensation, Equity, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of enhancements. Also responsible for requirement gathering, requirement development, test script development, coordination of testing efforts from the both the system and end-user perspective, and oversight of all deliverables for the test and production environments.

Created project plans, authored requirements, documented business processes and provided extensive analysis, design, training, and quality assurance testing. Responsible for comprehensive support of the Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Payroll applications. Subject matter expert in Mercury Quality Center and Mercury QuickTest Professional QA products.

Performed fit-gap analysis, defined requirements, created, tested, and implemented multiple major systems. Provided key designs, programming solutions, and training for the PeopleSoft HCM application spanning implementation, regular product updates, version upgrades, and in-house enhancements. Held a pivotal role in transitioning from the Legacy System to PeopleSoft.

Responsible for supporting, developing, testing, and packaging software that comprised Integral’s Financial Suite of products.
