Oversaw the recruiting function and was also responsible for all human resource generalist activities. Managed employee relations and provided guidance to leaders when handling issues. Served as the go-to HR resource for all employees and provided support on a wide range of personnel issues. Coached leadership with respect to key HR processes such as employee relations, staffing, handling performance and behavior issues, and organizational development. Hired, trained, managed and evaluated a Payroll and Benefits Administrator and ensured US and UK payroll and benefits administration were processed error free. Participated in the due diligence process when Qwiz acquired ePredix. This included reviewing all people practices and making recommendations related to potential risks and move forward recommendations. Played a key role in the successful cultural and procedural integration of all ePredix staff into the Qwiz organization.
