Cognizant acquired Tin Roof Software in September 2020 and I ensured 350 Tin Roof employees were successfully integrated into the Cognizant Softvision business post acquisition. Worked closely with Cognizant Softvision leadership on various human resource related initiatives, including annual review and merit processes, engagement survey rollout, wellness initiatives, measuring and managing turnover as well as strategic retention planning.

Reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for leading the Human Resources function, which included setting and executing a dedicated talent strategy focused on recruiting, retention and development of all consulting talent.

Responsible for leading a team of 6 Human Resources Generalists globally and providing oversight and responsibility for the HR strategy, policies, programs and day to day employee relations for across 23 countries and for 1000 employees.

PreVisor is a leader in pre-employment screening tools and psychometric assessments selection solutions that help employers identify top performers. PreVisor was acquired by SHL in 2011. Primary responsibilities were to ensure direction, development, implementation and management of all global human resources and payroll functions within the organization. This included employment law, employee relations, performance management, policy and program development, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, training and development; operated as a strategic partner within the organization’s leadership to optimize the use of human capital. Provided due diligence expertise on 5 acquisitions and was responsible for integrating the new companies into PreVisor. Recruited, trained, managed and evaluated three human resources team members.

QWIZ was the nation's largest supplier of computer-based office automation training and testing systems. QWIZ merged with ePredix in 2004 and formed PreVisor. Oversaw the recruiting function and was also responsible for all human resource generalist activities. Managed employee relations and provided guidance to leaders when handling issues. Served as the go-to HR resource for all employees and provided support on a wide range of personnel issues. Coached leadership with respect to key HR processes such as employee relations, staffing, handling performance and behavior issues, and organizational development. Hired, trained, managed and evaluated a Payroll and Benefits Administrator and ensured US and UK payroll and benefits administration were processed error free. Participated in the due diligence process when Qwiz acquired ePredix. This included reviewing all people practices and making recommendations related to potential risks and move forward recommendations. Played a key role in the successful cultural and procedural integration of all ePredix staff into the Qwiz organization.
