Current- Proactively search, attract, and connect the right people at the right time with the best opportunities.- Experienced in sourcing across multiple markets (e.g. DevOps, Software Engineers, Cybersecurity, Embedded Software Engineers, Digital Consultants, C-level positions...) in the DACH region.- Proficient in testing new platforms, tools, and techniques to effectively reach passive candidates.- Build a communication strategy centered around providing a positive candidate experience for potential new talent.- Responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates (phone screening). - Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate requirements.- Lead weekly screening sessions - Actively educate and share sourcing knowledge within the team to enhance overall capabilities.- CV screening.
