Providing care for vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Care worker I have lots of responsibilities. I have to ensure that the client acquires everything they need and want. I have the job of dealing with medication ensuring that it is given properly and correctly. I also help with personal care, supporting with meals, catheter care, domestic duties, shopping and social interaction. A large part about this job is getting to know each client very well to ensure they have the best care. Having this job role requires a lot of skills; I have to ensure I am on time, remain professional, dependable and always have a smile on my face.
