My work focuses on connecting audiences to the humanities through continuous learning, collaboration, and embracing diverse perspectives. Throughout my professional experiences, I've cultivated a versatile skill set across various roles: Assistant Director, Mentor, Project Manager, Advisor, Instructor, Facilitator, Translator, Curator, and Storyteller. This multifaceted experience enables me to design innovative initiatives, approach challenges holistically, manage projects effectively, facilitate meaningful dialogues, and prioritize multilingual audiences.My research involves employing mixed methodologies to determine outcomes and assess impact. I disseminate findings through various channels, including digital platforms like the Haitian American Dream Timeline.At Maryland Humanities, My team and I strive to create inclusive spaces that foster engagement with the humanities. Outside of work, I nurture my passions and curiosity through activities such as exploring restaurants, traveling, attending exhibits, reading, and watching documentaries.
