Current1) Spearhead Maryland Humanities' program by articulating its long-term organizational goals and strategies through industry insights, upholding best practices, and utilizing mixed methods (surveys and focus groups) to make the humanities accessible to Maryland audiences2) Cultivate an organizational culture centered on continuous learning and intellectual curiosity by utilizing asset-mapping techniques, facilitating brainstorming sessions, conducting staff retreats, and supporting staff’s professional growth 3) Manage the programming budget to address community needs efficiently and to shape how our initiatives are delivered to Maryland audiences by allocating and prioritizing resources strategically4) Collaborate with the Development team to develop fundraising strategies and draft grant proposals to secure funding, expanding Maryland Humanities' reach 5) Establish and foster an exceptional employee experience by implementing and evaluating robust HR policies and guiding the organization through transformations and innovations6) Lead MH's special initiatives, including the When We Are All Engaged: Media Literacy & Mental Health summit, which brought together activists, scholars, and mental practitioners to explore how social media influences our mental health
