    More than twenty-five years experience in the museum field as an educator, administrator and consultant has allowed me to generate organizational, people and team building skills that can be successfully applied in innovative ways to meet specific operational and strategic goals. A diverse set of talents including planning, programming and fund-raising abilities has enabled me to organize community-orientated initiatives, from development to implementation, in numerous settings. Teaching at an academic level has both sharpened and expanded the desire to share my expertise with the next generation of professionals and advocate for collaborative involvement in all aspects of museum work. Serving in a leadership role for several professional organizations, I have always been actively engaged in order to strengthen the field and promote cooperation between museums.
