Fort Bragg Network Enterprise Center

Managed 25 converged systems support staff in support of the Fort Bragg, Camp McKall and Pope AAF Network Enterprise Center Tech Control facilities and Digital Communication Offices. Technologies include SONET equipment and optical circuits, Telepresence/Video Teleconferene/DVSG, COMSEC Management, Voice Conference Bridge services, Emergency Crash Conference Bridge Services, ICIDs, T-Carrier circuits, ISDN, Land Mobile Radio(LMR) operations and voicemail and telephony services. Established goals, objectives, policies and initiatives in support of the Fort Bragg NEC; provided expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to upper management and other technical specialists and vendors regarding critical IT voice/data/video requirements and cut-over procedures in support of the governments multi-million dollar, Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program/I3MP.Directed, coordinaed, collaborated, and managed operations and support of a $58 million dollar Black Box task order which encompassed engineering, furnishing, installation, test and security (EFIT&S) of the Fort Bragg integrated telecommunications infrastructure consisting of multiple vendor platforms including VoIP, Unified Communication infrastructure, IP data network systems, and DWDM and SONET optical transport systems. Internal responsibility for managing the service delivery team that is responsible for the operations, management and maintenance of DISA long haul circuits, both NIPR and SIPR, Avaya CS2100 VoIP/TDM systems, CS1000 systems, Fujitsu SONET platforms, Charles MUX MM840 Multiplexer devices, ADTRAN TA 1500 channel bank devices, Callegra Voicemail, Octel Voicemail, Call Pilot Voicemail, FORUM Meet-Me-Bridge Platform, Tellabs Crash Conferencing system and the Nortel Option 11 Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) equipment.Support key Fort Bragg tenants, to include, but not limited to: FORSCOM, Air Force Command, JSOC, Special Operations.

Management of all technical operational aspects of the Network Operation Center including but not limited to, technical staff management, technology asset management, optimization, project reviews, project execution, network design, installation and support, network and server security design, installation and support, configuration and support, problem identification and resolution.
