I am a Game Producer with 2+ years of experience in games and 8+ years of Management experience. I have experience leading teams of over 50 people and as small as 1 developer. I have worked with game audio, game design, game development, QA, software development and motion capture teams to produce high quality projects on time and that meet project requirements. I enjoy working with teams and excel in a fast-paced environment. Seeing a project form from an idea to a finished product is a fantastic experience! I have written course material and given lectures to students on JIRA and how this tool can manage workflow for different types of teams. No matter how long I am doing something, I am always trying to learn and spread that knowledge to others so that they can grow as well.
