Arcadia Solutions is a national healthcare consultancy working with healthcare payers and providers to deliver data-driven solutions, transforming clients’ clinical, operational, and financial performance.My primary responsibilities included account and delivery oversight for a multi-million dollar book of business, program management and project management for multiple concurrent consulting services engagements and technology projects, as well as managing relationships with client executives.

As a project manager, I was responsible for planning and delivery of a globally deployed entity hierarchy management and compliance system. My responsibilities also included guiding change management, client and expectations management, as well as integrating existing processes into new tooling.

I helped bring an award-winning master data management platform tailored to the financial services industry to market, and consulted as an analyst for the globally deployed company hierarchy management and compliance system for which I later became project manager. My role encompassed client workshops, JAD sessions, change management, and proof of concept designs.In my role as a quality control analyst, I was responsible for designing, creating, and executing test scripts against a range of software products to ensure adherence to requirements and their intent. My experience spans positive/negative, regression, smoke, and non-functional testing.

My work centered around entity hierarchy and securities research; I was responsible for data cleansing and augmentation, as well as proactive entity research process improvement. Additionally, I trained staff on new processes and reviewed their adherence to established guidelines as well as the quality of their research.
