Experienced Senior Manager involved in all aspects of the production process: managing receipt of raw materials, production planning, labeling and packaging, customer relationship building, inventory management, logistics, supply chain and distribution and follow up customer care. Working in an ISO 13485 regulated environment, I understand the critical importance of ensuring that regulatory requirements are met while meeting the needs of sophisticated, technical customers. As Chair of the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) I implemented the new requirements for the JHSC and have built a strong committee, dedicated to ensuring the safety of our co-workers. On a personal level, my co-workers know that I will get the job done, whatever the ask. My team knows that I will lead by example and transparency, peppering in some humour for good measure. My clients know that I will always go the extra mile and treat them with honesty and respect. My employer knows that I will put the company needs above my own. I am so very lucky that I have the dedication of a great team helping me meet our goals, no one is successful without the support of their peers, managers and co-workers.In my spare time, I have been known to take a photo or two or do a deadlift or two.
