I also ensure that we produce all necessary internal documentation (SOP and daily templates, e-mail templates, performance and forecast reports, checklists etc.) and external brochures (building pack, fire safety documentations, representative brochures and guidelines), then oversee the implementation of the procedures and the smooth day-to-day running of the new system.
