Monitoring customers solar fleet to schedule and repair over 1000 residential and commercial solar systems. Creating and building relationships with suppliers. Inverter testing, repairs and reinstallations. Panel level testing and repairs. Deep familiarity with Solar Edge, SMA and Enphase systems. During my term I over saw the purchasing and delivering of construction supplies to over 60 sites. By remapping the warehouse to maximize efficiency I was able to reduce wait times for supplies and tools to one day which allowed the organization to finish the most projects in company history. I managed and trained a group of volunteers from the Summer Youth Employment Program as well as trained other employees in hard and soft skills to compete job requirements they had never done. In my role as Volunteer Coordinator I brought in more donations and volunteers than any Coordinator in Friends of Rockaway history. I also maintained a fleet of 5 vehicles and created a crew of workers who's mission was to complete smaller scale projects that were stuck in the pipeline which freed up resources for the organization and shortened the wait time of home-owners looking to finally move home after Hurricane Sandy.
