Throughout my career I have been involved within the Customer Service sector in many different aspects which has harnessed distinct transferable skills. Whether it's welcoming and engaging with customers face to face being attentive to their every needs in my Hospitality Management roles. Liaising, advising or selling during my Production and Insurance Sales roll. Setting up Marketing campaigns, tools or events to reach out and win the Customers interest obtaining their confidence and trust. Showing great depth of empathy, patience and understanding during my experience as a Autism Support Worker. All these job roles linking with my positive friendly personality have equipped me with a great deal of knowledge, understanding and organisational skills, ultimately aiding me to become an excellent client handler. All these opportunities have led me to handle internal matters accordingly. Striving to help colleagues and business boom my leadership and relationship management has also been insightful. Liaising with Stake Holders, Chief Executives, Managers to coordinate meetings involving different processes, reports, marketing techniques has built confidence within leaving me to feel accomplished with clients and internal structures.
