I started my role as Operations Manager with this Cotswolds Boutique Hotel in July of 2011 and was tasked with overhauling the F&B Department and achieving new standards of excellence. I worked as the Manager of Wild Honey in Mayfair. The restaurant was the sibling of the hugely successful Arbutus in Soho and within my first six months we achieved our first Michelin star.
