- Work deals assigned to territory and regional team to establish and implement strategies geared to revenue generation, customer success and expanding usage within named clients- Focus on defining customer technical requirements. From this, recommends solutions that satisfy both the customer and Ping goals- Provide support for Ping Identity solution proof of concepts and participate in technical discovery calls with prospective clients- Focus to maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that is line with Ping Identity goals- Provide documentation highlighting named account use cases- Provide coaching and professional development to others in the SA and Sales team to enhance their product and technical knowledge, and technical sales skills.- At times, work with support, professional services, and product management to ensure solution design fits with customers’ requirements.

- Enhance reporting and query engine. - Work on speedy queries, caching layer, and joining across multiple data sources.- Utilize technologies like React, GraphQL and TypeScript to build sophisticated and complex user workflows- Partner with product in supporting customer use cases and understanding the hospitality domain.- Participate in the entire development lifecycle of the product including design, implementation, testing, rollout and support of new and existing features- Champion engineering best practices in both design discussions and code reviews- Collaborate closely with engineering, product managers and UX designers to come up with innovative solutions to hard customer problems

• Develop solutions following established technical design, application development standards and quality processes in projects• Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.• Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code• Interact with other stakeholders not limited to end-user clients, Project Manager/Scrum master, Business Analysts, offshore development, testing and other cross-functional teams.

- Engage in our AEM training program for approximately 3 months to develop proficiency with the platform- Develop mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle- Write well designed, testable, efficient code- Prepare and produce releases of software components- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies- Actively participate in client meetings
