Served as the architect for the gamified version of the 4 Disciplines of Execution. This included responsibilities as a UI/UX designer, game designer, on-site consultant, video producer, project manager leading a development team, and account manager. Also led the UI/UX design for the my4dx and 4DXOS platforms, and was an integral part of designing and creating the robust online education section of the portal.

Lifting students through an exploration of the human experience is the heart of great educational theatre. Responsibilities included curriculum development in musical and non-musical performance, directing, choreography, stage combat, technical design, and writing, classroom instruction and management, building maintenance and scheduling, coordinating booster groups, leading a high producing extra-curricular theatre program, organizing out of state field trips annually, continual professional development, interdepartmental collaboration, and participation in GHSA competitions.
