Overall supervision of the day to day operations of the Housing Authority, however, that part is relatively easy as I have an excellent staff of departmental managers that really don't need me unless there is a crisis. I also am the one man HR department and wear many other hats including I.T. person, Safety Officer, and any other things you can think of!

Primary duties as Past President are to assist the President and President Elect with succession planning and to put together our SHRM Foundation Fund Raising event.

I provide website management for the Montana State Council of SHRM. I update the site as needed and provide technical assistance to fellow council members and assist with technology needs at conferences.

As the Board Secretary my primary job was to take the minutes for the meeting, ensure accuracy of them, and distribute them to board members for review. Other duties included helping out at the monthly lunch and learn meetings at the registration desk as well as provide general knowledge and information to people needing answers to questions.

I ran what used to be called the Treasure State Dining Room at the University of Montana. We had a Student Management program in addition to full time managers that ran all aspects of the dining room. It was a great college job.
