As Director for the University's Delivery organization, I lead the division of the University of Farmers responsible for ensuring successful delivery of training and development programs. I am also responsible for maintaining an appropriate focus on strategic initiatives and providing leadership to the training staff. The training staff numbers I lead numbers around 175 training professionals.

Orange County, California Area

As Director for the Western Property Field Zone, I lead the team of claims professionals that handled first party homeowners claims in 9 Western states (CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, UT, AZ). I was also involved in many global projects that supported the claims strategic initiatives including continuous improvement initiatives, staffing and reorganization efforts and technical peril expertise. During my time as a Property Field Director, I also managed and adjusted our National Vendor Team that managed our mitigation and flooring vendor programs. The claims staff numbers I lead varied throughout my tenure peaking at 450 claims professionals.
