As Director for the Western Property Field Zone, I lead the team of claims professionals that handled first party homeowners claims in 9 Western states (CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, UT, AZ). I was also involved in many global projects that supported the claims strategic initiatives including continuous improvement initiatives, staffing and reorganization.
