I began working as a tier 1 laborer, the job responsibilities for this position were to perform the tasks set by my supervisor. After acquiring my CDL License, I then began driving a dump truck and hauling equipment to the job sites. I then moved to a tier 2 laborer, where I began to shoot grade and the job responsibilities began to increase. By the time I left I was a tier 3 laborer, I worked directly with my supervisor and performed the tasks requested by him.
